SHIPPING
Please allow 10 to 14 days from order date to shipping date. Free shipping is available on orders shipped in the continental USA only, email us for prices for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. All orders will be shipped either FedEX ground, UPS ground, or USPS ground. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge email us at info@sandcarvedcreations.com for prices.

If you are not satisfied with the workmanship of the stone or rock you order from us, we will be happy to issue you a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping expense. You must return the rock or stone within 7 days from the date you received it. When we receive the returned item we will issue a full refund. We have never had one returned.
